Aunt Arctic is currently waddling around CP. When you find her, open her player card, and you will see that theres a little box thing instead of an Add Friend button. When you click this button, you can get her autographed background.
If you can't see her, but you think shes in that room, open p your friend list, and at the bottom, theres a skull, a smiley face and a mouthless face. Click the mouthless face and scroll down to se if you can see her name there.
