The Cave Expedition is here and you can get to iit from the town or the other signs around Club Penguin, or just go straight to the mine on the map.
When you get to the mine, there is a hard hat for everyone, and everyone can enter the cave.
When you get in there, the power keeps going out, so you need to throw snowballs in the Power Tube.
With your hard hat, you can drill in the cave in four different spots, and find the pieces for a Purple Jewel Pin.
Then you can go into the underwater cavern through a hole that has just appeared as you collected the pin. This is Members only though :(, but it's REALLY pretty.
There is a diving suit for 50 Coins, and you can swim out into the open sea and reef.
There is a background that you can collect aswell.
And, there is also an open screen.
Club Penguin should let non-members underwater, because it's really pretty.
